Profile:
Ken has a broad legal practice spanning 40 years. Working with litigation clients as both plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel has provided him valuable litigation experience. Litigation areas include employment law, professional negligence claims and insurance law. Ken's labour arbitration practice includes acting as counsel and as Chair both by consent and on appointment. Ken has acted as an Adjudicator under the Canada Labour Code. He acted as counsel on the North Battleford Water Inquiry and the Commission of Inquiry into Matters Relating to the Death of Neil Stonechild.
