Bill has worked extensively in the area of corporate and commercial law and as counsel in commercial litigation.
In addition, he serves as chairman of arbitration tribunals and as a single arbitrator in labour and commercial disputes. With a sound working knowledge of accounting concepts, Bill understands the preparation and analysis of financial statements. He is active as a shareholder, director and officer of several private business corporations concerned with commercial real estate and retail sales.
