Caroline’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including unanimous shareholder agreements, partnerships, limited partnerships, business purchase and sales, real and personal property security and commercial and residential real estate. She also practices in the areas of estates and elder law. Outside the practice of law, Caroline enjoys playing volleyball, kayaking, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
