Cole’s work focuses on a wide range of litigation matters. Born and raised on a prairie grain and hog farm, he can effectively identify the issues and formulate a cost-effective approach for producers dealing with Ag-related contract disputes and negligence claims. He also represents and advises clients involved in employment matters, real estate and construction litigation, professional malpractice claims, insurance disputes, and those charged with criminal and regulatory offences.
Cole has appeared before both provincial and superior courts of Saskatchewan, and has experience navigating the application and appeal processes of numerous administrative and statutory tribunals including the provincial Weed Control Appeals Committee, Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, SGI’s Automobile Injury Appeal Commission and the Saskatchewan Municipal Board.
