Bob works in many aspects of commercial law, including real and personal property security, commercial real estate, banking law, insolvency, builders’ liens, security enforcement, and leases. His experience also encompasses commercial litigation and wills and estates. His many years’ experience working with the Canadian Bar Association provides him with an important national perspective on Canadian law.
