Garrett practices primarily in the areas of tax law, corporate reorganizations and corporate and commercial law. This often involves providing advice regarding corporate structuring, trusts, business succession planning (including related wills and estate planning) and business purchases and sales. He also works on many aspects of corporate and commercial law, including shareholder and partnership agreements, joint ventures and commercial financing.
