Profile:
Garrett practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law and real estate. His corporate and commercial practice includes business structuring, business acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, and other commercial contracts and transactions. Garrett’s real estate practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions along with leasing and financing. He also practices in estate planning and taxation law, with a focus on business and personal tax planning matters and corporate reorganizations.
