Stephanie practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including business purchases and sales, corporate structuring and other commercial contracts and transactions. She also practices in estate planning, including drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and trusts (both inter vivos and testamentary). In conjunction with her corporate and estate planning practice, Stephanie practices in the area of taxation law with a focus on the succession of private businesses and personal tax planning matters.
