Profile:
Bill works extensively in the areas of corporate and commercial law and as counsel in commercial litigation. In addition, he serves as the chairman of arbitration tribunals and as a single arbitrator in labour and commercial disputes. With a sound working knowledge of accounting concepts, Bill understands the preparation and analysis of financial statements. He is an active shareholder, director and officer of several private business corporations concerned with commercial real estate and retail sales.
