Mediation and Collaborative Family Law

Our office provides alternative process options to address family law matters. In mediation, one neutral professional works with both parties to facilitate discussion, negotiate and ideally resolve your matter. In Collaborative Family Law the parties commit to an out of court process where both sides have their own independent lawyers, but still work together to jointly tackle the issues at hand. Mediation and/or Collaborative practice can be used to address a broad spectrum of issues that arise in family law and can be tailored to address the client’s needs and process goals.
